It Had to Happen Sooner or Later

The inevitable has happened. One of my daughters gave herself a haircut, and it wasn't even the one I expected. It was Lily. The really funny part is that I didn't even notice for a day and a half. She had taken a shower Sunday morning and I couldn't figure out why this one part of her bangs wouldn't comb down with the rest. And then it finally dawned on me! We've decided that until further notice, scissors are for school projects only. Ama trimmed her bangs so that they are all the same length as the ones she cut herself, so she shouldn't need a trim for awhile! And yes, I realize it could have been much worse.
